Join Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia for our Third Annual Girl Scout QuestFest on July 18-21, 2019. Drawing Girl Scouts from across the world, this epic event has something for every member of your group. Whether you’re competing for fun on our non-competitive track or aiming to earn a cash prize on our competitive track, teams will participate in a massive “Quest” through Savannah’s Historic District to find items, do good deeds and tackle silly situations. Our rousing weekend of fun and friends will also include additional events like a dinner cruise down the Savannah River, an unforgettable Bridging ceremony and so much more. Between tackling our itinerary, exchanging SWAPS, loading up on swag and taking in our beautiful city’s history, you’ll leave Savannah exhilarated in the very best way!

Before registering your team, please review our website and read below:
-All participating girls and adults must be registered for the current Girl Scout membership year as well as Girl Scout QuestFest.
-In order to participate, girls must be entering 1st grade or older. Please check your Council’s travel restrictions before registering young girls.
-Competitive teams must have between 8-15 participants with a minimum of 2 adults and maximum of 4. (Please see the appropriate ratios on our Quest page.) If your group doesn’t meet team requirements and doesn’t wish to pair with another group, you can still participate on our non-competitive track. Please note that non-competitive teams are not be eligible for the prize money.

-The Non-Quester option is for tagalongs (brothers, non-Questing parents, grandparents etc.) who are not participating in the Quest but need the option of purchasing add-on events or Awards Ceremony and Closing Celebration tickets. All adults attending the Quest must register for the QuestFest and pay the registration price.” 
-If your group doesn’t meet team requirements and doesn’t wish to join with another group, you can still participate on our non-competitive track. Please note that non-competitive teams are not eligible for the prize money.
-Groups that do not meet the 8-15 per team requirement but would still like to compete on our competitive track can join with another group. QuestFest staff will NOT be able to pair teams for you this year. While it is not required, we do recommend trying to join teams together that are similar in age/grade level.

-Non-Georgia teams opting for the competitive track must complete the Council Authorization Form in order to be eligible for the cash prize. Please email the form to questfest@gshg.org by 6/1.
-The registration fee includes entrance to our check-in expo, participation in the Quest, admission to our awards ceremony & closing celebration and a swag bag from our sponsors and a commemorative patch. Add-on events are not included.
-You will be asked to list a name, phone number and email for each participant.  For girls, please use either their personal email or their parent’s email.

Early Discount
Before 3/1/2019 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all QF Georgia Residents Girl/Youth Registrants.
Before 3/1/2019 a discount of $10.00 will apply to all QF Georgia Residents Adult Registrants.
Before 3/1/2019 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all QF Non- Georgia Resident Adult Registrants.
Before 3/1/2019 a discount of $15.00 will apply to all QF Non- Georgia Resident Girl/Youth Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
Upon registration, a $50 deposit per participant is required. The remainder of your payment is due by June 1, 2019. Substitutions are allowed. Cancellations received in writing by: February 1-March 31st will receive a 50% refund per person. April 1 - May 31st will receive a 25% refund per person. Cancellations received after the registration deadline on June 1st will not be eligible for any refund.
